I.con invents Smart Condom that Detects STIs, Analyse users performance

The speed at which technology moves is fascinating as a smart condom ring has been designed by the i.Con.

This new condom would enable men know their performance level based on scientific rating. The tech states the joystick size when measured around the middle (girth), the number of thrusts per round of sex, calculates duration of intercourse, knows a man's sexual health and track the number of calories burnt.

It is a fitness tracker for the organ as it provides the wearer with performance statistics while also capable of detecting signs of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs).

'It's truly a revolutionary day. Not only have we innovated the first world's smart condom ring that'll measure much every aspect of performance in the bedroom, but now I'm pleased to confirm that it will also have built-in indicators to alert the users to any potential STIs present,' Adam Leverson, the project's lead engineer said.

Users have the choice whether to share their data publicly or not. They could however share anonymously. The ring is also embedded with a nanochip that communicates with a smartphone app via Bluetooth and is powered by a battery that could last up to eight hours from a single charge.
